1 Any flowers added by homeowner are cared for by homeowner.
2 Provided as needed and as budget allows.
3 Provided twice per year at Spring/Fall cleanup, otherwise homeowner's responsibility.
4 Snow removed when snow exceeds 3 inches in depth as determined by the contractor and/or the management company in conjunction with the Board President. Snow is removed from private streets, village home and townhome driveways, townhome sidewalks and stoops.
5 No salt will be used.
